Content Evaluator Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with management to enhance staff development.

• Assess work and offer constructive feedback to uphold the quality of deliverables.

• Generate reports and communications for customers, other VeriClaim adjusters, and/or insured parties.

• Analyze residential and commercial contents inventories based on replacement cost and actual cash value.

• Implement policy coverage limitations and/or exclusions.

• Finalize inventories for reporting, which includes preparing enclosures, letters, and comprehensive notes.

• Aid in the utilization of replacement services as requested by the Contents Adjuster.

• Review and process receipts for replacements.

• Maintain courteous and professional communication with colleagues, management, customers, and insured individuals.

• Contribute to the organization's quality initiatives.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to read and understand policy language.

• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Aptitude to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.

• Competence in managing work-related stress and juggling multiple priorities concurrently.

• Capacity to adhere to deadlines.

• Proficient keyboarding skills.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Must comply with and adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and directives.
