Content Layout Associate – Publishing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop lesson slideshows for educators and students using TCI’s internal systems.

• Design artwork for lessons according to specified artistic guidelines.

• Edit images and illustrations utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Construct pages with InDesign templates and implement modifications to existing InDesign materials.

• Format resources to guarantee that products are coherent, useful, and visually attractive.

• Examine slideshows and pages across various resources for uniformity.

• Resolve formatting and content discrepancies as identified.

• Upload and refresh content for TCI’s online platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Available to work 35–40 hours per week during regular business hours.

• Skilled in using InDesign.

• Familiar with the use of master pages in InDesign.

• Eager to learn custom online tools.

• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Capable of meeting deadlines while working independently.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Zoom, and project management software.

• Must possess a personal laptop/computer that is no more than 5 years old and updated.

• Laptop/computer must support the latest versions of TCI-provided systems and applications.

• Windows or macOS only.
