This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist with emerging projects and matters across various departments.

• Draft correspondence, including communication with partners.

• Prepare and monitor ongoing matters.

• Execute thorough research on specific legal inquiries and engaging projects.

• Aid the Legal team in negotiations and managing contracts.

• Play a role in formulating policies, guidelines, and processes, particularly in compliance and risk management.

• Create, review, and evaluate contracts, summaries, presentations, legal opinions, position papers, and other legal documents in both German and English.

• Serve as a contact point for internal departments and generate preliminary internal recommendations on legal issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program (at least in the fifth semester; ideally having completed the First State Examination) in business law, law, or a related discipline.

• Preferably some initial experience or internships within a corporate or legal environment.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office and all commonly utilized MS applications.

• A structured, diligent, and solution-oriented mindset and work ethic.

• Demonstrates independence, reliability, initiative, strong commitment, and motivation.

• Keen interest in resolving legal questions and crafting solutions within a business framework.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills at a professional level.
