Legal Reports Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare, revise, and oversee legal and management reports.

• Extract, aggregate, and process data from internal systems and control databases.

• Regularly update information and key performance indicators.

• Analyze and validate data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported information.

• Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets.

• Monitor workloads, productivity, deadlines, and various operational indicators.

• Identify and rectify discrepancies in databases.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and management materials.

• Address report requests from internal departments and clients.

• Track report delivery timelines and schedules.

• Organize and maintain databases that track activities.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to confirm and update information.

• Aid in identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law without an active bar license (mandatory).

• Experience in preparing and updating reports, controls, and performance indicators.

• Proficient in processing, consolidating, and analyzing databases.

• Experience with Excel and managing spreadsheets.

• Prior experience in a legal setting, especially in high-volume litigation operations, is preferred.

• Understanding of operational indicators, workload volumes, productivity, and SLA monitoring.

• Experience in verifying and validating information.

• Familiarity with legal systems and management tools is advantageous.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools and report automation is a benefit.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, particularly in formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and data cleansing).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools is preferred.

• Analytical mindset and comfort in working with numbers and information.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to identify discrepancies and conduct data checks.

• Logical reasoning skills.

• Critical thinking capabilities for information analysis.

• Proactive approach and a sense of urgency.
