Working Student HR – Recruiting, Screening, Recruitment Services, Talent Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create job advertisements in both English and German.

• Act as the primary contact for inquiries from candidates and clients via Slack and email.

• Evaluate candidates through video interviews.

• Conduct preliminary interviews with an emphasis on core values and social abilities.

• Engage in active sourcing through LinkedIn and additional platforms.

• Enhance and develop recruiting procedures.

• Integrate AI tools into the recruiting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be enrolled at a German university or higher education institution for at least one additional year.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Some experience in customer-facing positions is preferred.

• Possess an efficient work style, effective communication skills, and a KPI-driven mindset.

• Comfortable utilizing Notion workflows and templates, along with process development.

• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools aimed at enhancing recruiting processes.

• Prior work experience, such as at a dm checkout or in the hospitality industry, is advantageous.

• Enjoy collaborating with others, demonstrate strong self-reflection abilities, and be dedicated to personal growth.

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to independently acquire new skills.

• Enrollment in a degree program in any discipline.

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment services is not mandatory.
