This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Manage the entire recruiting cycle for a high-volume requisition load, encompassing job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Provide a high-touch, personalized candidate experience from the initial contact through to onboarding.
• Evaluate candidates through screening and interviews, recommend them to hiring managers, facilitate debrief discussions, and support final decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager on intricate searches, executive positions, escalations, and process harmonization.
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS and various recruiting technologies, including AI-driven tools, to maintain records and optimize workflows.
• Develop and sustain diverse talent pipelines via proactive sourcing and outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, community organizations, educational institutions, agencies, media, and other channels.
• Represent Concentric at recruiting events, career fairs, university partnerships, and various talent engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing to create branded recruiting materials and external talent-attraction strategies.
• Assist with additional talent initiatives and projects as needed.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where this position is based without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience in recruiting or human resources.
• At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiting specialist, preferably in a high-volume or agency setting.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a willingness to adopt and leverage new technologies.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system is required.
• Strong preference for familiarity with G Suite, Monday.com, BrightHire, and Grayscale.
• Capacity to manage sensitive employee and client issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Highly organized with the capability to prioritize effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional judgment, decision-making ability, initiative, and the capability to work independently.
• Ability to manage confidential information and establish trust with management, candidates, clients, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in AI tools and modern recruiting technologies, with a focus on automating and streamlining workflows.
• Knowledge of human resource practices.
