HR & Recruitment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Evaluate resumes submitted via Indeed and the company's website.

• Analyze applications to identify suitable candidates.

• Arrange interviews and manage candidate schedules.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' fit for the role.

• Offer positions and communicate the next steps to successful applicants.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist new hires during the onboarding process.

• Address onboarding-related inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for candidates.

• Download, organize, and accurately file onboarding documents.

• Perform background checks, healthcare verifications, and certification validations.

• Follow up with candidates to guarantee timely completion of onboarding.

• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, PTO, and general HR procedures.

• Keep precise employee records and documentation.

• Support administrative tasks that enhance the HR function.

• Provide assistance wherever necessary to ensure the team operates effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, People Operations, or a comparable role.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• A professional and friendly communication style.

• Keen attention to detail when handling documentation.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable working autonomously while also being a team player.

• Proactive, driven, and eager to assist where needed.

• Quick learner with a flexible and adaptable approach.

• Familiarity with Indeed, Calendly, ClickUp, or Viventium is a plus but not mandatory.
