Working Student – Email Marketing Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design captivating and brand-consistent email layouts for newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows.

• Transform design ideas into email templates using platforms like Klaviyo, Figma, and Photoshop.

• Enhance existing templates for aesthetics, responsiveness, conversion rates, and compatibility across various email clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients and fellow team members.

• Assist in image sourcing and perform basic image editing tasks.

• Contribute innovative design ideas and stay updated on trends in email marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a current student, preferably pursuing a degree in communication design, media design, graphic design, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Prior hands-on experience in graphic or email design through internships, freelance work, or personal projects is advantageous.

• Proficient in popular design software, including Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, with a keen eye for detail.

• Interest in e-commerce and the unique demands of email marketing, such as responsive design, dark mode, and accessibility considerations.

• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is an asset.

• High levels of dedication and motivation.

• Dependable, goal-driven, self-motivated, and meticulous in work style.

• Eager to learn and embrace new challenges.

• Available to work 16–20 hours per week starting in October.
