Email Marketing and CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with online retailers in industries such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Act as the main liaison between clients and the team.

• Conduct regular check-in calls to ensure client satisfaction.

• Foster strong relationships with clients.

• Plan, coordinate, and assume complete responsibility for project execution.

• Formulate email marketing and CRM strategies.

• Work alongside operational teams on copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation.

• Implement best practices for sending volumes and campaigns.

• Create and conduct innovative tests.

• Impact clients’ growth rates and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.

• Previous experience with Klaviyo is an advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and work with new tools.

• Open-minded attitude and a positive personality.

• Ability to analyze data and craft creative marketing strategies.

• Fluent in German.

• Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Must reside and work exclusively in Germany.
