📋 Description

• Design and implement B2B email marketing strategies and campaigns utilizing HubSpot, focusing on demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle phases.

• Create, manage, and enhance automated email sequences and CRM workflows that align with buyer behaviors and sales methodologies.

• Refine email marketing processes, standardize workflows, and establish automation strategies to ensure scalability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint gaps in lead follow-up and pipeline development, creating email and automation solutions to address these issues.

• Formulate structured campaign schedules, segmentation strategies, and testing methodologies.

• Convert logistics and service details into concise, precise, and relevant B2B email communications.

• Track campaign and workflow performance while applying data-driven enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1+ level).

• Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing B2B email marketing campaigns and strategies using HubSpot.

• Practical knowledge of HubSpot workflows, CRM automation, and email marketing tools.

• Capability to merge strategic planning with hands-on execution of campaigns and workflows.

• Strong background in B2B email copywriting, nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization.

• Experience in enhancing or standardizing marketing processes and leveraging automation, reporting, and performance metrics to drive improvements.

• Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to link email marketing activities to lead qualification, follow-up, or pipeline advancement.

• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
