Working Student – Customer Support, Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through email and various social media platforms.

• Oversee the community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.

• Assist in the planning of AI-driven posts.

• Develop social media content, including both static images and videos.

• Track and maintain marketing performance metrics.

• Aid in the management of the pipeline for creator partnerships.

• Undertake additional tasks and small independent projects aligned with your interests and the needs of the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled at a German university or higher education institution.

• Ideally, you should have at least three semesters remaining in your studies.

• Must be based in Germany.

• Possess excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Have an interest in nutrition, health, and lifestyle topics.

• Demonstrate empathy, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

• Previous experience in social media management and customer support is beneficial.

• Flexibility to occasionally work on weekends is a plus.
