Social Media Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Edit content for social media platforms: including Reels, TikToks, advertisements, interview segments, podcast snippets, and event recap videos.

• Transform detailed briefs into completed videos by utilizing existing templates, outros, and formatting guidelines.

• Employ AI video editing tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or similar software.

• Merge AI-generated content with conventional video editing techniques.

• Craft and execute engaging hooks, transitions, and fast-paced editing styles.

• Produce variations for testing purposes: including hooks, intros, and cuts.

• Generate subtitles in both German and English languages.

• Manage your task cards in Notion: updating statuses, adding export and preview links, and tracking deadlines.

• Work autonomously in accordance with set objectives while adhering to fixed deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in video editing software, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Experience in editing for social media; this role does not focus on creating image films.

• Familiarity with at least one AI video editing tool.

• Knowledge of platform mechanics, including hooks, pacing, and pattern interruptions.

• Careful management of sensitive content: medical clients impose strict guidelines—no identifiable patients, no before-and-after comparisons, and no guarantees of results.

• A structured, self-motivated work ethic.

• Proficient in written German and English.

• Two to three samples of previous social media work.

• A brief description (one or two sentences) of the AI tools you have utilized thus far.
