This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in organizing, validating, and ensuring the quality of social media performance data across various platforms.
• Help maintain uniform data classifications and measurement frameworks for social media reporting and analysis.
• Discover opportunities to enhance data quality, consistency, and usability.
• Aid in the creation, testing, and optimization of automated workflows for effective and scalable management of social data.
• Perform quality assurance on automated processes and seek opportunities for improvement.
• Support both regular and one-off social performance reporting.
• Extract, organize, and analyze social data to address inquiries regarding content, platform, and audience performance.
• Recognize trends, patterns, and anomalies within social performance data.
• Convert analytical insights into clear takeaways, visual representations, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Social team on initiatives aimed at enhancing the measurement and understanding of social performance.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfortable handling large datasets.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Genuine interest in social media, digital content, audience behavior, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of social analytics tools like Emplifi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and the analytics provided by native platforms.
• Interest in automation, AI, or new technological applications within marketing and analytics.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including use of formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
• Capable of identifying patterns and inconsistencies and exploring their potential causes.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with a fast-paced team.
• Proof of enrollment in an internship course or confirmation of school credit after the completion of the internship is mandatory.
• Exclusively for educational experience; proof of enrollment in an internship course or confirmation of school credit upon completion is required.
• Practical experience with social media data at a large scale.
• Hands-on experience in data quality, analytics, automation, reporting, and data storytelling.
• Exposure to social performance intelligence and content/platform strategy within a leading media and entertainment brand.
