Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales teams to gain insights into client objectives and campaign goals

• Produce captivating organic social media content suitable for diverse platforms and audiences

• Coordinate with clients to ensure content and messaging meet their brand standards and expectations

• Plan and distribute content through social media management tools

• Track campaign performance and pinpoint areas for optimization

• Provide insights and results to clients and internal teams

• Work alongside Paid Social Coordinators to enhance integrated social media strategies

• Keep updated on social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Canada

• Must have the right to work in Canada

• Proven experience in creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools like SocialPilot or similar platforms

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in French is considered a plus

• Comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with diverse teams

• Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation applications

• Self-motivated and proactive with a desire to learn

• Exceptional organizational skills and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment

• Previous agency experience is preferred
