Social Media Manager – Dance, Lifestyle & Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Strategically enhance the Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn channels.

• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and videos.

• Participate in international dance festivals, events, and dance schools; record content, conduct interviews, and capture genuine dance moments.

• Cultivate relationships with dancers, artists, and creators globally.

• Coordinate collaborations with dance artists and manage product seeding campaigns.

• Formulate the social media strategy, plan campaigns, and autonomously implement innovative ideas.

• Evaluate reach, engagement, and performance, and devise growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating social media content.

• Capability to film, edit, and publish content independently.

• Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and algorithms.

• A keen eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and emotionally compelling content.

• Creative, self-reliant, and proactive working style.

• Strong communication skills in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree; the field of study is not a critical factor.

• Dance experience is a plus, especially in Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, or West Coast Swing.
