Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales teams to comprehend client objectives and campaign goals.

• Develop captivating organic social media content tailored to diverse platforms and target audiences.

• Work with clients to ensure that content and messaging are consistent with their brand and expectations.

• Organize and publish content utilizing social media management tools.

• Track campaign performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Provide insights and results to clients and internal teams.

• Team up with Paid Social Coordinators to support cohesive social media strategies.

• Keep abreast of social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in crafting content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools like SocialPilot or comparable platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and quality.

• Confidence in working with clients and collaborating across various teams.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation software.

• Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a desire to learn.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.

• Must be a resident of Canada.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

• Proficiency in French is considered a plus.

• Previous agency experience is preferred.
