Working Student, CRM & Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Revenue Operations team in maintaining high data quality across primary systems.

• Organize, cleanse, and structure data within the Salesforce CRM platform.

• Ensure consistent records and uphold high data integrity.

• Prepare data for reporting and analytical purposes, particularly in Salesforce.

• Verify data for completeness and quality prior to utilization.

• Identify and rectify data gaps, inconsistencies, and structural challenges.

• Aid in defining and documenting data standards and hygiene procedures.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Support data-driven methodologies in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree in areas such as Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or Data Analytics.

• Some experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

• Proficient knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including filtering, sorting, and basic formula usage.

• Fundamental understanding of structured data concepts, such as tables, fields, and records.

• Genuine interest in data and analytics.

• Exceptional attention to detail and focus for tasks involving data.

• Structured, dependable, and independent work approach, with a strong dedication to quality.

• Effective communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively with various teams.

• Excellent German language proficiency (C1).

• Good command of English (B2).

• Nice to have: Basic familiarity with BI tools, such as Looker.

• Nice to have: Initial experience in data cleaning or data imports.
