This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Promote and sell service products such as warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, and qualifications.
• Execute promotional initiatives and sales activities.
• Offer dedicated support to assigned clients in partnership with Service Contract Specialists and Service leaders.
• Conduct customer visits for contract negotiations within the designated region as required.
• Ensure prompt contract renewals by managing deadlines, crafting proposals, and conducting follow-ups.
• Engage and consult with both existing and prospective customers for service product sales.
• Generate sales reports, statistics, and forecasts as needed.
• Utilize SAP, Cloud for Service (C4S), and Salesforce (SFDC) for creating quotes, making adjustments, and logging sales activities.
• Establish and sustain long-term business relationships through meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
• Identify, nurture, and actively seek relevant leads to meet annual and quarterly financial targets.
• Responsible for covering the North West territory.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Previous experience in similar positions (sales, telesales, sales administration) within a corporate/matrix organization is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• High organizational skills and self-discipline.
• High self-motivation, team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge in instrumental analytics/life sciences.
• Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office, SAP ERP, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 25%, including overnight stays.
