Working Student – Content & Community Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee an engaging onboarding process for newcomers to an AI learning community.

• Create content ideas and execute strategies to enhance community participation.

• Foster and facilitate discussions on AI-focused specialist subjects within the community and on various social media platforms.

• Assist in project management for the development of educational materials, including videos and e-learning courses.

• Contribute to marketing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Produce original video content aimed at professional growth in the field of AI.

• Track performance metrics, address crises as needed, and manage negative feedback.

• Continuously enhance member satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong online community moderation abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of how to build connections among individuals using online platforms.

• Passion for strategic planning and conceptual development in social media and community management.

• Ideally, you are comfortable in front of the camera for video production and moderating live Zoom sessions.

• Familiarity with standard video editing and animation software, particularly Canva.

• A proactive mindset towards new challenges.

• Proficiency in German and English at C1 level.

• A strong interest in AI and digital communication.
