Content Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve issues related to missing invoices.

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure all invoices are processed in advance of the go-live date.

• Address and resolve challenges and escalations concerning media types, media delivery, and absent media.

• Input invoices in accordance with client specifications.

• Utilize the invoice acquisition tool to transition invoice feeds from testing to production.

• Manage and prioritize communications with clients and vendors throughout the onboarding process.

• Initiate client communication setups.

• Establish electronic data feeds.

• Assist in developing customers’ mobile inventory.

• Support the creation of customers’ inventory for voice and data circuits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience is preferred.

• Background in expense management, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or mobility.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.

• Sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

• Intermediate skills in Excel are required.

• Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
