Working Student – Business Development, International Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the founder in the international expansion of Famedly

• Conduct market analyses and prepare materials to assist decision-making for new countries and regions

• Aid in the development of a scalable partner program, encompassing partner profiles, offer structures, materials, and processes

• Interact with partners, influencers, and potential customers in target markets, while structuring the insights gained

• Facilitate internal collaboration spanning Product, Marketing, and Sales teams

• Experiment with new ideas, document outcomes, and identify subsequent steps

• Organize meetings and follow-ups, including preparing briefings, agendas, and meeting minutes

• Create and maintain one-pagers, pitch and email templates, alongside partner FAQs

• Perform ad hoc research on competitors, regulations, events, and relevant market players

• Assist the founders with additional business development initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree

• Preferably studying Business Administration, International Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Available to work around 15 hours per week

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic decision-making abilities, and a readiness to take ownership

• Demonstrate a structured and dependable work ethic

• Enjoy clarifying ambiguous situations

• Strong communication skills with a passion for networking with diverse stakeholders

• Initial experience in market or competitor analysis, business development, or partner management is advantageous

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, or in managing independent projects, is a plus
