Working Student – Artificial Intelligence, SAP Service Transition & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create an AI-driven approach to streamline the onboarding process for new SAP customers into managed services.

• Discover opportunities for automation and digitalization throughout the entire service lifecycle.

• Assist in the standardization of operational processes.

• Analyze, organize, and prepare documentation related to customers, projects, and operations utilizing Generative AI.

• Construct intelligent knowledge bases.

• Develop and assess AI assistants.

• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Services.

• Generate Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Design intelligent workflows.

• Observe and assess current trends in AI and automation.

• Participate in innovation initiatives, as well as in the creation of concepts, presentations, and management materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Some experience with Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or similar technologies.

• Fundamental understanding of data analysis and automation.

• Interest in IT service management, SAP system environments, and cloud technologies.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Organized and independent work style.

• High eagerness to learn.

• Curiosity about emerging technologies.

• Creativity in crafting innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to quickly understand complex subjects and convey them clearly and understandably.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum of C1 level, both written and spoken.
