Senior AI Filmmaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Create daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro-dramas for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Craft polished, character-driven short films and series that are 60-90 seconds in length.

• Develop compelling visuals, authentic characters, natural-sounding voices, and meticulously designed audio.

• Edit thoughtfully so that every cut enhances the story and emotional journey.

• Align visual style and tone with the unique world and narrative of each series.

• Utilize advanced AI tools along with a deliberate creative approach.

• Work efficiently while ensuring high-quality frames are intentionally maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation.

• Strong grasp of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and the way cuts direct audience attention.

• Skills in prompt engineering, including the ability to write clear, iterative prompts.

• A portfolio showcasing completed AI-generated video projects or traditional video edited to a high standard.

• Capability to work independently and deliver quickly without needing constant creative guidance.

• Understanding of vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices.

• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours during standard EET working hours for full-time positions.

• Open to freelance or B2B work arrangements with valid self-employment documentation.

• Proficiency in English.
