AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead AI initiatives from identifying opportunities to implementation and tracking results.

• Design and deploy virtual assistants, AI agents, and automation solutions to enhance processes.

• Analyze processes to discover opportunities for boosting productivity, efficiency, and value generation.

• Establish workflows, business rules, integrations, and validation methods for created solutions.

• Oversee deployed solutions, highlighting opportunities for enhancement and ongoing improvement.

• Set best practices for the development, utilization, and oversight of Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible application of AI, taking into account privacy, data protection, and internal protocols.

• Evaluate risks associated with AI deployment and assist in defining mitigation strategies.

• Advocate for governance and standardization of AI projects throughout the organization.

• Stay updated on trends, tools, and emerging applications in Artificial Intelligence.

• Assess market solutions and suggest technologies that align with business requirements.

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs for staff and leaders.

• Assist teams in integrating available AI tools into their workflows.

• Act as a catalyst for digital transformation, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate across corporate and operational teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.

• Foster communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.

• Define and track KPIs for AI projects and solutions.

• Evaluate productivity improvements, efficiency gains, and the ROI of implemented initiatives.

• Present findings, recommendations, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.

• Document projects, agents, automations, workflows, and technical decisions made.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in developing or implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Background in developing or implementing AI agents, virtual assistants, or automations using AI technologies.

• Familiarity with process automation and integration tools.

• Experience in managing AI projects from needs assessment through to solution execution.

• Systems thinking capability and the ability to link technology with business objectives.

• Innovative mindset with a strong emphasis on digital transformation.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey knowledge clearly and instructively.

• Capacity to influence others and provide technical guidance.

• Self-sufficient and proactive in spearheading strategic projects.
