Senior Consultant, AI Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop tailored solutions and workflows utilizing AI agents, Egnyte’s AI platform features, and MCP integrations.

• Assist customers with personalized prompts aimed at maximizing business benefits.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Interact with customers during pre-sales architecture evaluations and throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Comprehend requirements and design solutions that align with customer use cases while providing business value.

• Keep updated with foundational models, agentic frameworks, and forthcoming MCP standards.

• Convert AI expertise into practical guidance and solutions for customers.

• Work together with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to uncover expansion possibilities and guarantee customer value realization.

• Create and document best practices, delivery frameworks, and reusable solution patterns for the AI Technical practice.

• Evaluate and counsel customers on architectural patterns that enhance Egnyte’s platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a customer-facing Technology Consulting or Professional Services role.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies, such as large language models, agentic AI frameworks, and prompt engineering methods.

• Proven experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and agentic AI architectures.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud along with modern SaaS integration strategies.

• Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance considerations for AI and custom development solutions in enterprise settings.

• Experience engaging with large enterprise clients as well as mid-market and SMB accounts.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.

• A track record of consistently achieving delivery goals and enhancing customer relationships in high-growth technology firms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Cloud certifications are advantageous.

• Industry experience in AEC, Life Sciences/Biotech, or FinTech is a plus.
