This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee production in alignment with quantitative objectives to achieve and continually enhance operational KPIs.
• Consistently assess actual performance against established targets.
• Proactively modify workforce plans as necessary.
• Develop staffing schedules that are needs-based and efficient.
• Methodically document significant events and incidents impacting forecasts and KPIs.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify underlying issues.
• Collaborate closely with Production Management and Workforce Management to ensure operational excellence.
• Strong numerical skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a keen awareness of cost considerations.
• Several years of experience in a service center or call center environment is beneficial.
• High level of independence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate operational demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Permanent residency in Germany is essential; remote work from abroad is not permitted.
