This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive training programs for the ECM Quality and Training Department.
• Coordinate and deliver training on ECM core competencies, program standards, documentation requirements, and cultural sensitivity.
• Conduct onboarding for new ECM team members and facilitate ongoing training for existing staff in accordance with CalAIM and DHCS guidelines.
• Assess and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
• Participate in internal and external audits and assist with performance improvement plans.
• Liaise with internal leadership and external stakeholders, including community-based organizations and health plans, to identify training needs and ensure alignment with ECM objectives and Medi-Cal regulations.
• Maintain training records and guarantee that staff fulfill continuing education and compliance obligations.
• Create and distribute training materials, job aids, and guidance documents.
• Support quality improvement initiatives by incorporating lessons learned and best practices into training protocols.
• Collaborate across functions with Quality/Education and ECM operations leaders.
• Manage training projects in partnership with the Director of Training and Quality.
• Monitor changes in CalAIM policy, ECM provider mandates, and workforce development trends.
• Engage with Vynca patients/clients both remotely and/or in person.
• Occasionally travel for job responsibilities, training, or company events.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in adult education, staff training, and development, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services context.
• Willingness and ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time, with potential evenings and weekends.
• Experience with Medi-Cal populations, ECM, or CalAIM programs is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop responsive curricula.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), Google Suite, and virtual training platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural competence and the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with CalAIM, Enhanced Care Management, and community-based care models.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, or other relevant therapeutic approaches.
• Background checks may include drug testing or other health screenings prior to employment.
• Vaccination against influenza is required for roles that involve interaction with patients, clients, or customers.
