Client Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of initial interactions with Clients through various communication channels.

• Maintain detailed Client Profiles.

• Assess leads by conducting an initial evaluation of the client's background and requests.

• Allocate promising and high-value leads to Client Relations Directors.

• Support the Client Relations team throughout all phases of the deal-closing process.

• Ensure data accuracy within the CRM system.

• Track lead sources to aid upcoming marketing strategies.

• Verify availability and pricing of appropriate options for active requests during non-central shifts.

• Create proposals utilizing the CRM system during non-central shifts.

• Prepare Booking Summaries and organize documentation.

• Manage and dispatch various types of Contracts.

• Share relevant information with the team and stakeholders.

• Supervise all operations within the shift and team in the absence of a Team Lead.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Client Relations Director - Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of client-focused experience in hotel, travel, concierge, and executive support roles.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A bachelor's degree is required as a minimum educational qualification.

• Extensive experience with CRM systems, Google Suite, and other organizational tools.

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

• Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving.

• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Experience working with luxury or high-net-worth clients is preferred but not mandatory.
