This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support for schedule adjustments related to time-off, absenteeism, onboarding requirements, training, and real-time operational changes to achieve operational goals and minimize the costs associated with schedule modifications.
• Assist in managing campaigns, which includes tracking progress/output and segmenting campaigns effectively.
• Engage in the creation of schedules to align with business plans, productivity, and operational targets.
• Oversee real-time activities of associates and deliver intraday reports to leadership.
• Aid in the collection of historical data and create visual tools to assist leadership in recognizing trends and patterns.
• Support the onboarding, training, engagement, audits, and technology-related issues of associates as directed.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the manager.
• Achieve performance standards established by the manager.
• Adhere to the Outcomes Telecommuter Policy, Attendance Policy, and other relevant policies and procedures.
• A work ethic that prioritizes urgency, with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and accountability.
• Demonstrate persistence and follow-up to ensure all details are thoroughly addressed.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong skills in problem-solving.
• Proficiency in basic math concepts and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of collaborating with all levels within the business unit.
• Competent in computer/technology; able to troubleshoot technology-related issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• At least 2 years of experience in call center operations or large-scale scheduling operations.
• An associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred but not required: Advanced Excel skills.
• Preferred but not required: Familiarity with workforce scheduling technology.
• Preferred but not required: Experience in "back office" administrative tasks.
• Regularly required to sit in a stationary position at a desk.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, and climb stairs.
• Occasionally involves twisting the body.
• Occasionally requires reaching by extending hands and arms in various directions.
• Occasionally entails lifting, pulling, or pushing.
