Workforce Identity Service Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the overall product strategy by crafting stories for intricate features within your areas of responsibility.

• Organize, direct, and conclude feature review meetings for complex business challenges and document the resulting decisions.

• Design functional specifications to tackle intricate business processes or challenges.

• Configure or develop using both vendor and in-house software; assess and confirm the functionality of new features in vendor or in-house releases.

• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues, including addressing reported problems with our applications.

• Work collaboratively with various Product and Service teams to gather requirements and deliver Identity solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer (preferred).

• Hands-on experience in designing or implementing security controls integrated into CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, or shared platform services.

• Proficiency in Java (preferred).

• Familiarity with Python (desirable).

• Experience in creating and executing AD PowerShell Scripts.

• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex situations and propose actionable solutions.
