Senior Consultant II – Project Oversight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high engagement quality, profitability, and long-term retention.

• Lead and supervise multiple Senior Consultant I's and Strategic Business Consultants, focusing on their performance, growth, and development.

• Act as the executive-level escalation contact for critical or at-risk engagements across the portfolio.

• Establish and continuously enhance firm-wide project delivery standards.

• Cultivate and strengthen C-level relationships to drive strategic account growth and foster long-term client partnerships.

• Maintain a thorough, cross-functional understanding of NetSuite and related enterprise technologies.

• Advise clients on enterprise-wide architecture and technology strategies that align with their long-term business objectives.

• Oversee governance and strategic management of integration architecture across the client portfolio.

• Propel business development efforts through proposal strategies, executive presentations, and the acquisition of new accounts.

• Represent Appficiency publicly as a senior thought leader.

• Contribute to practice-level strategy, including aspects like hiring, resource allocation, and organizational growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in leading senior consultants or teams.

• Extensive background in managing large-scale, multi-entity, or global SaaS/ERP implementations.

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Expert-level knowledge of the NetSuite platform across complex and diverse implementation scenarios.

• Proven success in building and maintaining profitable, long-term relationships with C-level clients.

• Exceptional strategic insight and business acumen.

• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills when faced with ambiguity, pressure, and competing priorities.

• Proven record of managing and developing senior-level consulting talent.

• Advanced understanding of cloud computing technologies, enterprise architecture, and industry best practices.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

• Extensive experience with construction ERP systems such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage 300 Construction, Viewpoint Vista (Trimble), Jonas Premier, Acumatica, and CMiC.

• In-depth knowledge of construction ERP modules, including Project Management, Job Costing and Estimation, Financial Management, Procurement and Inventory Management, HR, and Equipment and Asset Management.

• Proven ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of accounts and teams simultaneously.

• Recognized as a senior thought leader and trusted advisor at the executive level.

• Strong track record in scaling accounts and achieving significant business development results.

• Demonstrated capability in developing Senior Consultant I's and other leaders into future practice leadership roles.
