This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a portfolio of workforce-capability programs from the stages of discovery and prioritization through design, implementation, sustainment, and review.
β’ Assess performance and readiness requirements by utilizing business strategy, performance metrics, quality trends, and insights from stakeholders.
β’ Convert insights into well-defined problem statements, measurable outcomes, and learning strategies.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Quality Intelligence, Content Strategy, Learning & Development, and Operations partners to align on priorities, scope, roles, decisions, timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
β’ Relay progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to frontline partners and senior leadership.
β’ Offer consultative support to leaders, questioning requests when alternative modalities better meet the performance requirements.
β’ Construct a comprehensive Enablement architecture that integrates learning, guided practice, coaching, performance support, knowledge sharing, communications, workflows, and reinforcement.
β’ Revamp ineffective systems.
β’ Create manager-enablement systems that empower leaders to reinforce expectations, coach effectively, and sustain performance.
β’ Equip the CXO Enablement team with frameworks, tools, and practices for scalable, system-level Workforce Capability architecture.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, program management, performance consulting, or a comparable combination of experience.
β’ Proven experience in developing system-level Enablement programming through discovery, design, delivery, implementation, sustainment, and measurement.
β’ Proficient in using both quantitative and qualitative data to identify performance needs and assess the impact of Enablement.
β’ Skilled in designing scalable solutions for frontline customer-facing and leadership audiences.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, written communication, and executive-level storytelling skills.
β’ Operational knowledge of adult learning-based capability design, behavior change, coaching, change management, and performance-support principles.
β’ Familiarity with learning, content, analytics, collaboration, and AI-enabled tools, including Docebo, Jira, Highspot, Google Workspace, and Replit.
β’ Must be located in the United States, with limited exceptions.
