This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to assess prospects' clinical requirements, showcase FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and finalize new contracts.
• Assist in achieving territory sales objectives.
• Meet annual key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deploy FUJIFILM Sonosite products at customer locations and provide training on their usage.
• Manage post-sales field activities, including fostering product adoption and resolving customer concerns.
• Uphold FUJIFILM Sonosite's presence and relationships at existing client sites.
• Communicate the overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate products in the field as required.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and refer them to Territory Managers or Inside Sales Representatives.
• Offer clinical, technical, and educational support to both new and existing customers.
• Provide assistance to other company departments as necessary.
• Serve as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager.
• Execute the responsibilities outlined in the company’s quality system.
• Must currently reside in the New Jersey area.
• Hold a 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound educational institution.
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capability to understand the clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite.
• Proficient in translating customer needs into precise product requests.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Expertise in managing interpersonal relationships in a professional manner.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
• Organized work approach with a consistent track record of meeting customer and company deadlines.
• Willingness to work on occasional weekends, holidays, and after hours.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, including occasional overnight trips.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services utilized by customer hospitals.
• Proof of immunizations for mumps, measles, and rubella (MMR), hepatitis, and potential drug testing/screening may be required.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work with minimal supervision while promoting strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must present FUJIFILM Sonosite in a highly professional manner.
• Eligibility to access customer facilities; facility-specific non-vaccination status acceptance applies.
