German-Speaking Travel Support Advisor – Flights & Hotels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee inquiries from travelers through phone, email, and chat regarding flights, hotels, and travel packages.

• Manage cancellations, modifications, refunds, and clarify payment issues.

• Resolve travel-related complaints professionally and effectively.

• Provide assistance with extranet accounts.

• Engage with customer reviews.

• Act as the main point of contact for travelers from the booking process through their arrival.

• Operate in a multilingual setting, utilizing English for systems, training, and internal team communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C1-level proficiency in German (essential).

• B2+ level proficiency in English for training, systems, and internal communications.

• A customer-first attitude with a strong passion for helping others, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service.

• Capability to excel in a rotational shift schedule, including Monday–Friday and weekends.

• Flexibility to work remotely from any location within Greece.

• Completion of a language assessment in both German and English is required.
