Workforce Business Partner, South East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to convert organizational objectives into actionable people strategies that enhance capability, performance, and retention.

• Facilitate discussions on workforce planning and organizational design to ensure optimal structure, roles, and talent alignment.

• Mentor and influence leaders regarding talent strategy, performance management, and the engagement of Independent Contractors.

• Provide guidance on matters related to Independent Contractor relations and work alongside the Workforce Relations COE to reach resolutions.

• Evaluate people data and insights to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering data-driven recommendations.

• Advocate for change management and communication strategies that support transformation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and local labor regulations.

• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning the people strategy with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory role.

• Proven experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational settings.

• Strong knowledge of essential HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.

• Demonstrated capability to leverage HR data and analytics for informed decision-making.

• Experience in supporting technical or commercial business units within a fintech, banking, or technology environment (preferred).

• Proven track record of successfully influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex change initiatives (preferred).
