Workforce Business Partner – North West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to convert organizational objectives into actionable workforce strategies that enhance capability, performance, and retention.

• Facilitate discussions on workforce planning and organizational design to ensure an appropriate structure, roles, and talent are established.

• Mentor and influence leaders on talent strategies, performance management, and engagement of Independent Contractors.

• Provide guidance on matters related to Independent Contractor relations and work alongside the Workforce Relations COE for resolutions.

• Examine workforce data and insights to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, offering data-informed recommendations.

• Advocate for change management and communication strategies that support transformation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and local labor regulations while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

• Report directly to the Team Lead, Workforce Partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory role.

• Proven experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational settings.

• Solid understanding of core HR functions—performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.

• Demonstrated capability to leverage HR data and analytics for informed decision-making.

• Experience in supporting technical or commercial business units within a fintech, banking, or tech context (preferred).

• Record of successfully influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex change initiatives (preferred).
