TikTok Shop Affiliate – Creator Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Euka platform, encompassing CRM, segments, automations, and creator activation.

• Assess creator videos in Discord and offer targeted, constructive feedback.

• Develop and cultivate a vibrant, organized Discord community.

• Organize and execute affiliate contests linked to product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Oversee retainer and ambassador programs from inception to completion.

• Integrate Euka data with Discord discussions to ensure seamless collaboration between both systems.

• Conduct coaching sessions with creators and follow up on agreed-upon actions.

• Monitor performance metrics and consistently enhance operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience utilizing Euka specifically as an affiliate CRM and creator management tool.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or expanding a community on Discord.

• Capability to evaluate creator videos and deliver specific, actionable insights.

• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and accomplish necessary tasks independently.

• Proficiency in connecting data and relationships rather than viewing them as distinct responsibilities.

• Availability to work hours that align with early US Pacific Time, including some overlap with UK afternoons.

• Preferred: experience in executing affiliate contests, retainer programs, or ambassador programs.
