Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Lead Talent Partners to create and oversee the entire candidate experience for both evergreen and specialized roles in engineering, product, design, and operations.

• Conduct introductory calls and serve as the primary contact for each candidate.

• Organize interview processes involving hiring managers and interviewers.

• Engage in outbound recruiting efforts and identify passive candidates.

• Craft and evaluate candidate outreach communications.

• Provide market insights and identify potential challenges.

• Utilize AI tools strategically to enhance sourcing efficiency and expedite processes.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Share expertise, assist colleagues, and propose enhancements to Talent team workflows.

• Report directly to the Lead Talent Partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with significant exposure to technical hiring.

• Strong commitment to candidate experience, characterized by prompt responses, clear communication, and integrity.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple roles, candidates, and calendars effectively.

• Capability to assertively communicate with hiring managers and decline candidates while preserving trust.

• Comfort with initiating cold outreach.

• Experience with AI tools in the recruiting process.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to follow-through.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Greenhouse or Ashby.

• Nice to have: Background in startups or consultancy environments.
