Workforce Business Partner – North Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to convert organizational objectives into actionable people strategies that enhance capability, performance, and retention.

• Facilitate discussions on workforce planning and organizational design to ensure the appropriate structure, roles, and talent are established.

• Mentor and influence leaders on talent strategies, performance management, and engagement with Independent Contractors.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on matters related to Independent Contractor relations, working in partnership with the Workforce Relations COE.

• Evaluate people data and insights to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, offering data-driven recommendations.

• Advocate for change management and communication strategies that support transformation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and local labor regulations while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory role.

• Proven experience in dynamic, matrixed, or multinational environments.

• Strong grasp of fundamental HR functions — performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage HR data and analytics to guide decision-making.
