This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a Broker Distribution strategy.
• Achieve annual sales targets set by Sales Leadership.
• Present the Workforce Benefits narrative to the broker community.
• Enhance and expand broker relationships.
• Conduct meetings with designated brokers.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of RFPs each month.
• Cultivate and strengthen local broker connections to boost sales and elevate the Pacific Life brand.
• Showcase expertise in Pacific Life group products.
• Maintain relationships with underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory compliance, and actuarial pricing teams.
• Utilize established and innovative strategies, tools, and partnerships to achieve growth objectives.
• Emphasize customer and broker perspectives in decision-making processes.
• Engage in industry and community initiatives.
• Represent Pacific Life at legislative forums, industry gatherings, and community events.
• Execute additional job-related responsibilities and special projects as necessary.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Over 5 years of experience in group benefits sales with a recognized presence in the broker market.
• A college degree focused on business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Capability to source and analyze data from diverse origins to inform decisions and align others with the organizational strategy.

• Ability to seek feedback, process input, and take calculated risks.
