This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a Broker Distribution strategy.
• Achieve the annual sales targets set by Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to communicate the Workforce Benefits narrative to brokers.
• Enhance, strengthen, and expand relationships with brokers.
• Conduct meetings with assigned brokers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of RFPs each month.
• Cultivate and promote local broker relationships to boost sales and enhance the Pacific Life brand.
• Educate the broker and GA marketplace regarding Pacific Life’s Group Benefits value proposition.
• Exhibit expertise in Pacific Life group products.
• Coordinate efforts with the underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory compliance, and actuarial pricing teams.
• Utilize established and innovative methods, tools, and partners to achieve growth objectives.
• Engage in industry and community initiatives.
• Represent Pacific Life at legislative platforms, industry events, and community functions.
• Undertake other job-related responsibilities and special projects as necessary.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Over 5 years of experience in group benefits sales with a well-established presence in the broker marketplace.
• A college degree focused on business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to gather and analyze data from diverse sources to inform decisions and align stakeholders with organizational strategies.
• An entrepreneurial and creative mindset for generating innovative ideas.
• Capacity to seek feedback, process opinions, and take calculated risks.
• High integrity with the ability to act transparently and consistently.
