Workflow Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage DocuSign CLM workflows, Document Generation Forms, and templates.

• Establish conditional routing, approvals, and automated reminder systems.

• Troubleshoot routing, field-mapping, template, signature, and integration challenges.

• Collaborate with developers as necessary.

• Collect requirements from internal teams and convert them into system enhancements.

• Create and uphold processes for preparing, verifying, categorizing, and archiving financial documents.

• Keep documentation updated regarding workflows, templates, and system modifications.

• Educate internal users on DocuSign procedures and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with configuring DocuSign workflows, managing templates, and troubleshooting issues.

• Familiarity with DocuSign CLM and e-Signature is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated capability in developing and refining document management processes.

• Experience in gathering requirements and collaborating with developers or external vendors.

• Excellent logical reasoning, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in training non-technical personnel.

• Proficiency in English.
