This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee and manage the complete worker's compensation claims process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, employees, and partner affiliates to collect necessary documentation and information.
• Track and monitor active claims, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with all involved parties.
• Keep accurate records, claim documentation, and compliance-related reports.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and suggest opportunities for enhancing workplace safety and injury prevention initiatives.
• Provide education to employees about worker's compensation processes, rights, responsibilities, and available resources.
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and affiliate leadership to ensure claims are adjusted in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Maintain regular communication with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and legal partners as required.
• Assist in coordinating return-to-work efforts and ongoing case management activities.
• Support organizational risk management and compliance initiatives related to worker's compensation programs.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
• At least two (2) years of experience in worker's compensation claims management, claims administration, risk management, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of worker's compensation processes and relevant regulations.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in handling confidential information and maintaining precise records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Certification in Worker's Compensation, Claims Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with claims management systems and reporting tools.
• Experience in analyzing claims data to identify trends for improving organizational outcomes.
• Previous experience with insurance carriers and third-party administrators is a plus.
