Workday Transformation and Optimization Architect, Workday Certified

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Strada’s Transformation and Optimization Services

• Leverage Workday implementation, AMS support, and tenant assessment expertise to enhance client value realization

• Lead extensive and/or multi-domain Workday tenant evaluations

• Assist BPaaS and AMS Standalone clients by providing oversight, diagnostics, and creating or updating annual roadmaps

• Implement product rollouts, first-time installations, innovative technology use cases, POV design, and Sales/Solutions offerings

• Stay updated on Workday release features

• Design and implement Workday solutions that enhance HR functions and improve employee experiences

• Facilitate cross-functional discussions addressing customer needs, specifications, design objectives, development processes, standards, techniques, and tools

• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to create integrated solutions

• Coordinate service delivery between external clients and internal teams

• Work together with Solutions Architects and Enablement Managers from sales through AMS delivery

• Act as the lead architect for custom solutions developed during both sales and delivery phases

• Create tailored solutions based on discovery and delivery insights

• Mentor peers in Workday thought leadership

• Facilitate framework discussions and guarantee quality and consistency in service delivery

• Enhance and develop methodology and Points of View across various domains

• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, business, or financial field

• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience required

• Significant experience in business and implementation or AMS support

• In-depth knowledge across multiple Workday domains

• Workday project experience or AMS support experience is essential

• Proven experience in supporting technology solutions outside of one's area of specialization

• Previous consulting experience is required, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software firm

• Prior experience in thought leadership is preferred

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages for analytical reports and executive summaries

• Capability to adjust communication style as needed

• Currently certified in multiple Workday domains

• Successful maintenance of relevant Workday certifications is mandatory

• Must possess work authorization in the employing country without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
