This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of solution design throughout the Discover, Define, and Design phases of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.

• Convert customer requirements into precise and implementable solution designs.

• Assess and recommend Slack and Slack AI features against custom configurations.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure solution designs align with the project scope, timelines, and success metrics.

• Create and update architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and configuration workbooks.

• Conduct design workshops with both technical and business stakeholders from the customer side.

• Facilitate discussions on trade-offs and guide the team towards validated solutions.

• Identify design risks and address them collaboratively to avoid impacting delivery.

• Enhance design practices and reusable patterns through the use of AI-native tools.

• Recognize Salesforce integration points and develop cross-cloud solutions focused on Slack.

• Aid in post-launch adoption by considering change management and the long-term maturity of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in solution design, architecture, or technical consulting, preferably within SaaS and/or professional services.

• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale solutions that involve collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms.

• Familiarity with, or ability to quickly adapt to, the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and the capabilities of Slack/Slack AI products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical design decisions to customer stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Practical experience with integration patterns and API-based architecture, ideally including Salesforce products.

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work closely with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and clients.

• A natural curiosity, passion for learning, and a tendency to share design knowledge and patterns.

• Familiarity with Salesforce products and their integration with Slack is a plus, but not required.
