Telecommunications Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish telecommunications infrastructure and connectivity frameworks.

• Perform technical assessments and feasibility studies.

• Assess technology options for LAN, WAN, and MAN networks.

• Identify and assess wireless solutions.

• Analyze SD-WAN architectures.

• Review unified communications, VoIP, and videoconferencing solutions.

• Assess multicloud connectivity solutions.

• Integrate security requirements within network and telecommunications designs.

• Carry out comparative evaluations of various solutions.

• Create technical opinions and recommendations.

• Develop Telecommunications Reference Architecture Documents.

• Assist in technology modernization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in defining telecommunications architectures.

• Demonstrated experience in defining or assessing LAN, WAN, and MAN architectures.

• Familiarity with wireless solutions.

• Experience with SD-WAN architectures.

• Knowledge of unified communications, VoIP, and videoconferencing systems.

• Experience in defining or evaluating multicloud connectivity solutions.

• Proven experience in assessing security requirements for networks and telecommunications.

• Expert-level certification equivalent to Cisco CCIE is a plus.

• Huawei HCIP Datacenter certification is a plus.
