Workday Integrations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct integration consultants during Workday deployment projects.

• Create, construct, and assist in testing intricate Workday integrations utilizing Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors.

• Manage workstream delivery and resource allocation.

• Collaborate directly with clients to produce requirement specifications and design documents.

• Develop and spearhead the creation of high-quality Workday integrations.

• Interact with third-party vendors as necessary.

• Coordinate with team members on cross-functional initiatives.

• Articulate technical challenges and solutions to both internal teams and clients.

• Contribute to innovative practices and enhance processes and assets.

• Provide Workday HCM and Workday Financials solutions that empower organizations to make informed business decisions.

• Exhibit consultative abilities and prioritize customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years of experience in Workday implementation; OR a Master's degree with no less than three (3) years of experience in Workday implementation; OR no degree with a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in Workday implementation.

• Currently possess a Workday Certification in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, etc.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in integration development and modern integration technologies.

• Familiarity with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, and related technologies.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience with projects executed within a structured methodology.

• Background in deploying implementations within state or local government settings.

• Experience in HR or Financial Department environments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to deliver RFP responses, white papers, Workday demonstrations, and client presentations.
