Market Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish a new team of Procedure Adoption Consultants in the field.

• Promote the adoption of tailored digital procedures among doctors and patients within targeted account segments and geographic areas.

• Create, monitor, and adjust plans for doctor and patient interactions, sales workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor the Procedure Adoption Consultant team.

• Formulate milestone-based investment strategies to grow the team.

• Collaborate with Global Marketing and the USAC Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Education teams.

• Outline a regional strategy to enhance the Dental DSO segment across restorative, preventative, and custom smiles offerings.

• Design and implement pricing strategies and programs for the Dental DSO portfolio.

• Oversee prioritization and implementation across Dental Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Education teams.

• Generate insights on the DSO segment and communicate them to global and cross-functional teams.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to starting.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in marketing, sales, or business management/development.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Proven experience in leading Market Development and/or Sales within a healthcare business.

• Strong marketing skills.

• Capability to lead in uncertain situations to achieve results.

• Experience in cross-functional team leadership.

• A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.
