Workday Integrations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations utilizing EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio specifically for HR and Payroll modules.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to collect integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Conduct integration testing, diagnose issues, and rectify defects.

• Oversee integration performance and ensure data integrity.

• Create and maintain integration documentation, which includes design specifications, testing plans, and support procedures.

• Engage in Workday update cycles and make necessary adjustments to integrations.

• Offer technical assistance and expertise to end-users.

• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to guarantee smooth system integration.

• Keep up-to-date with Workday integration functionalities and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and supporting Workday integrations.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials modules.

• Familiarity with integration protocols and formats, including SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is an advantage.

• Workday certification in Integrations is a plus.

• Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the country applied for, or possess or be able to obtain a valid working visa.
