This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily HR support across various MAHRS departments within the DON M&RA organization.
• Update and manage designated Microsoft SharePoint sites.
• Analyze, document, and propose designs for SharePoint sites.
• Draft functional requirements, workflows, communication plans, and strategies for implementation.
• Review business processes, operational procedures, and workflows, recommending enhancements.
• Create documentation for system and functional requirements along with solution recommendations.
• Maintain MAHRS and EEO policies, guidance, SOPs, business processes, and related documents.
• Develop test scenarios for enhancements, bug fixes, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Create and support HRLink and DON Jupiter reports, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations utilizing Cognos BI, Qlik, Databricks, and various other analytics tools.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations for MAHRS and EEO program managers.
• Create and populate corporate dashboards and scorecards.
• Offer technical and functional support for EEO systems, including iComplaints, NEAT, FEDSEP, and IRCMS.
• Design processes to capture Applicant Flow Data, OCLF benchmarking, and Barrier Analysis datasets.
• Automate related database tables and workflows.
• Prepare briefing charts and detailed data explanations for leadership.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR and EEO reports.
• Prepare OPM and DoD metric briefs, including data extraction and transformation.
• Provide logistical and operational support for assigned MAHRS and EEO events.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics utilizing Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter tools, or comparable analytics platforms.
• At least three (3) years of experience using federal HR data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Two (2) years of experience in managing Microsoft SharePoint content.
• Experience in business process analysis, documentation of requirements, and workflow design.
• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for interpreting HR and EEO performance metrics.
• Proven capacity to develop test plans, documentation, and business cases.
• Proficient in creating dashboards, scorecards, and analytics products for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Must have completed NACI or ANACI background investigation.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Position contingent upon successful background investigation results prior to the start date.
